IF MY STETHOSCOPE COULD SPEAK
If my stethoscope could speak,
He'd tell me they don’t know
How difficult has been for you to be here now.
If my stethoscope could speak,
He'd tell me they don’t know
you can’t assess so many things these patients think I can.
If my stethoscope could speak
He'd tell me, look, it’ magic
They believe that you can
They need you to believe it even when very tired.
If my stethoscope could speak
He'd never stop shouting you can, you can, you can,
Even when you are not able to say them don’t cry.
If my stethoscope could speak sometimes maybe is silent
As silence is the best answer many times.
If my stethoscope could speak
I don’t know if I’d be here now.
